Persona Mapping
One of the most important steps of our design process is our one-on-one interviews. Throughout the project, we’ve conducted a series of empathy-driven interviews with the community to gather an understanding of the plight, needs, desires, hopes, visions, and goals of artists, current and potential community members. Getting to know and understand who we are designing and programming for makes sure that we align our work with the people and the vision of the development.
