Welcome to Ion Arts in College Park – an exciting collaboration between Good Places, KNGDM Group, and a 125-year-old United Methodist church in College Park, GA. Our mission is to become the spark that seamlessly integrates affordability, arts, culture, and ministry. Through a balanced blend of values-aligned investment and community-focused principles, our mixed-use, mixed-income master development project aims to boost the financial prospects of both artists and local residents. Our vision extends beyond the present, as we work to establish College Park as a thriving cultural arts destination for years to come.
